And just like that, we have expanded! Our sister club in Myanmar has opened, with their mission being to protect and nurture the future generations.
Being a little different from Young Sparks, we prioritise educating children on their rights, on the importance of unity and personal development. With 10 sessions per year, we aspire to make every session unique, valuable and something that cannot be missed. Each session touching on something different from the last, we strive to cover all topics that children in Myanmar can face on a day-to-day basis.
Parents are a focus in these events, and children are encouraged to come along, where our volunteers will baby sit and do activities with them. These activities range from board games, to presentation skills, drawing and painting. (To read the full extent of our activities, please click here).
Overall, we are a club striving to educate families of their rights, their personal ability to grow, and better yet, the importance of unity within a community.
