Young Sparks Academy introduces Nutrition course for our children to learn and get a healthy living guide this April holiday. The two days course will deliver knowledge of nutrition in different food groups, offer food-based activities and teach students how to choose healthy food.
Session 1: 5 food groups
Date&Time: 11am to 12pm, 13th April AEST
Session 2: Macronutrients and Micronutrients, Vitamins and Minerals
Date&Time: 11am to 12pm, 14th April AEST

Meet the instructor:
Diana Newman, H.N (Deakin)
Diana is a nutritionist with qualifications in Health Science – Nutritional Medicine, and a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition. She has worked in clinical practice for close to 10 years, helping people to manage to their health conditions through diet and lifestyle. Since returning from maternity leave in 2019, Diana joined the team at Max Biocare team and is thrilled be able to pass on her knowledge to those involved in Young Sparks.
How to apply?
This course is recommended for kids between 7 and 14 years old.
